Shipping

We offer free shipping across Canada on all orders of $200 or more before taxes.
Standard shipping fees apply to orders of lesser value.

Exceptions:

Additional fees may apply for:

• Remote or northern regions not accessible by road;
• Destinations requiring specialized air or maritime transport.

In such cases, a member of our team will contact you prior to shipment to confirm the available options and associated costs.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 10 to 14 business days following payment confirmation. A confirmation email including tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, we accept requests for returns, replacements, or refunds within 30 days of receiving the order.

Conditions:

• The item must be returned new, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

Non-Eligible Products:

• Used, damaged, or opened products are not eligible for refund.
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days after the product has been received and inspected.
