SavageRun was born from hands-on expertise gained directly on Lake Ontario, a premier sport fishing destination in Canada. As guides, we’ve used a wide variety of lures over the years—but rarely did they perfectly meet our needs.

It was from this realization that our drive to create lures better suited to our fishing realities was born. The acquisition of Krome Seeker Lures—a Canadian company founded in 2016 and known for the effectiveness of its products—was an important catalyst in that process.

Today, SavageRun designs lures that are tested, refined, and engineered to deliver real performance on the water—with the precision, quality, and reliability anglers expect.

Where can I buy your lures in person?

We’re proud to count Gagnon Sports as our very first partner. There, you’ll find a selection of our lures available for in-store purchase. More retail locations will be announced soon.

Are your lures tested before they go to market?

Absolutely. All of our lures are tested by our team directly on Lake Ontario. We also rely on a professional network of guides and experienced anglers who put them to the test in real-world conditions before any product is released.

What makes your lures different from big-name brands?

Each SavageRun lure is designed with rigorous attention to detail. We place great importance on build quality, material durability, and on-the-water performance—delivering a reliable, proven product built to last.

Are you still making Krome Seeker Lures models?

Yes. Krome Seeker models are still an integral part of our lineup. We faithfully reproduce the original designs to honor the legacy of this company, founded in 2016, which helped spark our own journey.

Do you offer custom lures or colors by request?

No. To ensure optimal performance, we make sure every SavageRun lure is tested, validated, and approved by our team and our network before it goes to market. Consistent quality is at the heart of our commitment.

Are your lures only for salmon?

Yes—some models can be effective for different species depending on how they’re used. That said, our designs are specifically built for trolling, primarily targeting salmon and other large Great Lakes predators.

Do you ship anywhere in Canada?
